YOUR TASKS

• Qualified fault acceptance via ticket system and e-mail for software and hardware problems
• Prioritization, classification and documentation of faults in the ticket system
• Error analysis and initial solutions through on-site or remote support
• Assembly and disassembly of hardware components
• Implementation of relocations
• Forwarding faults to downstream units
• Maintenance and documentation in the knowledge database
• Support for IT projects
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
• Confident handling of Windows 7/ 10 and Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of ticket and remote tools and enjoy documentation
• Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
• A high level of communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent way of working
