Your tasks

• System administration: installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and rectification of technical faults.
• Customer support: Supporting our customers with IT problems and technical questions.
• Security management: Implementation and monitoring of security solutions.
• Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
  
  

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
• Technical know-how: Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux servers, network technology (LAN, WAN, VPN) and common security solutions.
• Customer orientation: You enjoy dealing with customer inquiries in a solution-oriented manner and have a high level of communication skills.
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team, but are also able to take on tasks independently and responsibly.
• Innovative spirit: You are interested in new technologies and actively contribute your ideas to shape the future together with us.
