IT Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Level) (m/f/d)

To empower our team in Stuttgart we are looking for you as IT Support Specialist ICT/1st and 2nd Level Support (m/f/d) within our Group IT department.

Aufgaben

• Providing end-user support to offer a high-quality experience to our 500 employees and our customers and partners thanks to your analytical and problem-solving system admin mentality
• Responsible for the hardware of the German offices (Stuttgart and Munich) regarding laptops, network, printers, etc.
• Responsible with the other team members for the global solutions and processes.
  
  
  

Qualifikation

Are you an analytical problem solver who is motivated by learning new technologies? Can you build relationships with ease, help and train users?

If this sounds like you, take a look at the role requirements below;

• Computer science apprenticeship with expertise in System Administration (Informatiker EFZ Systemtechnik), HF/FH is a plus
• Experience with hardware support (laptops, network, printers) and user support
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, MS Teams) is a plus.
• Programming skills is a plus, preferably PowerShell and Python.
• English fluency is essential, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
