• Annual gross salary of €43,200 - €48,000 depending on qualifications and professional experience

YOUR TASKS

• Support in the application management team for a major customer in Waiblingen
• Securing the application landscape and processing 2nd and 3rd level support requests (on-site and remote)
• Processing incoming tickets with incidents and service requests
• Administration of infrastructures in Workplace and Server Management under MS Endpoint Manager / Intune
• Planning and implementation of security patches in consultation with customers and specialist departments
• Documentation and creation of knowledge base articles
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician or comparable qualification
• Experience in the operation of applications and software components as well as in dealing with ticket systems
• Good knowledge of system or device management with SCCM or Intune
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• A high degree of communication skills and solution orientation as well as a customer-oriented way of working
