Your Tasks
- Administration, installation and configuration of the internal IT infrastructure
- Administration and installation of PCs, printers, smartphones and mobile devices
- Documentation and processing of error messages in a ticket system
- Setting up and monitoring the data backup concept
- User support in the area of hardware and software
- Continuous maintenance of system documentation
- Participation in the planning and implementation of IT projects
- Procurement and management of consumables for hardware
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of the IT infrastructure sector
- Initiative, problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of teamwork
- Independent, responsible, precise and conscientious working style
- Permanent employment contracts
- Vacation and Christmas bonus

- Travel allowance if applicable
