IT Project Management Working Student (f/m/d)

We are seeking a motivated student to join our team as an IT Project Management Working Student. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT project management at a growing international company. In this role, you will support the IT team in their daily project work and serve as the backbone of our IT projects, contributing to the successful execution of various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT project management efforts to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and successfully adopted.
• Support the update of project documentation, including status reports, project plans, resource plans, dependency logs, and risk/issue tracking logs. Collect input from workstreams as required.
• Support the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations and help organize them.
• Support the maintenance and update of documentation in Confluence.
• Support the completion of ad-hoc requests from management.
• Take responsibility for managing smaller projects independently.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student in a science-related field, management, or business administration, ideally with a focus on or advanced degree in technology, with a minimum of two years remaining to complete your academic program.
• Initial work experience in supporting project management (office-based) or similar fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Open-minded and curious about IT technologies.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal); proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to support prioritization of tasks effectively, meet deadlines, take responsibility, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Located in Nuremberg or its environs.
