IT Administrator (m/f/d) IT Infrastructure

TASKS

• Administration of our IT infrastructure
• Independent processing of tickets from our employees in 1st and 2nd level support
• Ensuring the ongoing operation of our entire IT and network infrastructure
• Server and client management as well as the further development of IT security solutions and data backup
• Collaboration with external IT service providers
• Active support in innovative IT projects
• Collaboration in the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 IT-Grundschutz
  
  

PROFILE

• Completed training in the field of information and telecommunications technology
• relevant experience in IT architecture, system administration and IT interfaces
• Knowledge of networks and firewalls (LAN, WLAN, WAN & VPN), administration of Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, Active Directory, Windows, client and server operating systems as well as server virtualization
• Service orientation and the ability to explain solutions to non-experts, even repeatedly
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
