Job Description:

Maintain and grow existing European and export business by supporting and developing existing customers, by identifying and acquiring new customers and by developing new products and markets.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve company objectives. Propose and execute annual budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Lead and manage team by setting clear objectives and metrics and by providing guidance, training and support.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and implement regular pricing updates in line with market evolution.
• Identify new markets opportunities and develop new customers and geographies.
• Work with customers as well as cross-functionally with relevant internal stakeholders to develop new products and solutions.
• Inform on industry trends and monitor competitor activity.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Update frequently Supply Chain and Operations on customer demand and promotions.
• Communicate regularly with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D and other relevant areas of business to ensure company is meeting customer requirements.
• Ensure best-in-class customer service and support.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and relevant company policies.
  
  

Key Ingredients:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales or related field
• +11 years of experience. Several years of sales experience in Food Service with main European markets, preferably in dairy.
• Fluent in German or French and in English
• Self-disciplined, organized and able to work remotely efficiently
• Very conscientious work
