We are seeking a talented and motivated student Intern to join our HR team at DHL Freight Global Head Office in Bonn. This is part-time internship (20 hours/week) for 12 months.

The ideal starting date is January 2025.

In this role you will have the unique opportunity to get hands-on HR experience in Development and Engagement topics, including Learning, Recognition, DEIB and Talent in a Global company.

Your key tasks in this role include:

• Program management of key recognition pillar: Long Service Awards
• Co-ordination and support of our Employee of the Year award: DHL Freight Star Awards, including event management
• Reporting and communicating of various initiatives within Health & Well-being and Learning
• Support of various Development & Engagement activities under the umbrella of Learning, DEIB, Health & Well-being and Talent
  
  
  

Our perfect match:

• You are a student of Business Management, Psychology, Social Science or any comparable program in Germany
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience within HR, reporting or learning and development
• You have strong communication and presentation skills
• You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
• You are characterized by a high motivation, a quick grasp of things, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and a target-oriented approach
• You value working within a team, and you are able to successfully & proactively apply your analytical and communicative abilities within teams
• You are available for at least 12 months in part-time (20 hours/week) and enrolled as a student during this entire time.
• You have a proactive and creative mindset with a passion for fostering employee engagement and DEIB topics.
  
  
  

This position is only open to enrolled students based in Germany, who are available for at least 12 months for 20 hours/week.
