YOUR TEAM
Within the Tech Center “IIX – Interior, Infotainment & Digital Experience” you will be part of creating one future cross-brand, standardized infotainment and digital experience platform of the Volkswagen Group. Having you in our team, you will unfold expertise in customer-centric software development for infotainment in the car, mobile and beyond.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Disciplinary and technical management of the organizational unit (OU-2) “Tech Center Architecture”
• Lead the overall architecture design for all Interior, Infotainment & Digital Experience solutions and define the technology vision, strategy and roadmap for the IIX portfolio
• Ensure cross-system technical concept maturity, stability, and compatibility with cluster/system architecture and cross-sectional functions
• Develop and manage technical concepts, including architecture breakdowns, functional chains, and effect chains for systems and functions
• Identify and resolve technical risks, conflicting goals, and performance limitations for hardware and software
• Lead evaluations of the technical feasibility of brand and legal requirements, including, but not limited to, product compliance, safety, security, diagnostics, OTA, and networking
  
  
  

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree / MBA in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable course
• Proven (senior) leadership experience, ideally within a multi-brand / group of companies context
• In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art infotainment architectures, cloud-based computing and adjacent areas
• Experience in the field of automotive hardware/software development
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills as well as organizational skills
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture methodologies and agile development (SAFe is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
