Your Role

  • Successfully lead a team of experts to develop and commercialize innovative platforms across known and new markets
  • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to support successful commercialization of identified projects
  • Utilize necessary project management tools and processes to manage initiatives, track progress, and deliver to agreed-upon timelines
  • Create value through the development of tailored value propositions, business models, and profit formula
  • Foster close collaboration with Sales/ KAM/AE/Marketing/Sustainability teams to accelerate impact
  • Drive a pull-through market strategy through direct engagement with targeted brands
  • Promote collaboration across functions and regions to drive speed and agility
  • Enhance our brand through market visibility, industry organizations, and brand relationships
  • Support the innovation process and a robust pipeline of disruptive solutions
  • Deliver financial results in alignment with the business plan

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Successful track record in a commercial role especially on new business development
  • Proven experience and know-how in packaging market is a plus as well as proven project leadership skills in a complex and diverse environment
  • Highly motivated with the ability to sell and build internal/external networks
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with disciplined execution
  • Having a commercial sense including “value selling” to the expectations of our customers
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with desire to build strong networks across different functions and cultures
  • Motivated to collaborate closely with sales teams and customers to transfer their needs and requirements into sales projects
  • Excellent English language skills
