We are looking for a Global CIS Project Manager based in Bonn, Germany.

The Global CIS Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating critical project aspects related to warehouse management and support, project management tool implementation, and CIS Paperless initiative. The role involves handling stakeholder queries at functional, regional, and country levels and fostering effective communication for issue resolution. The CIS Program Office is a critical strategic department which aids in all aspects of CIS. This role is responsible for owning, coordinating and administrating the global CIS support process, branding and replenishment topics. This role will also be required to manage projects from concept to deployment which have considerable scope and a particular focus on achieving a world class user experience. Additionally, the role will focus on the management of the day-to-day aspects of the products and services delivered by the Program Office team, assuring governance and best practices.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

The key tasks are along the following responsibility areas in Global CIS:

Production, warehousing & sustainability projects

• Devising and implementing Global CIS sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and increase longevity of assets
• Managing Global CIS replenishment process, ensuring materials are procured and distributed in time for all sessions
• Managing third party global CIS warehouse team to ensure effective order prioritization and stock utilization
  
  
  

Quality, process and platforms

• Implementing project management tools, onboarding stakeholders, and creating templates
• Creating and maintaining Global CIS SharePoint hosting process, project documentation
• Coordinating new CIS events creation and maintaining Global CIS event library
• Managing Facilitator app events updates
• Implementing CIS Learning journeys in Certification guide, My Talent World, and other platforms
  
  
  

Global CIS Support Process

• Managing the CIS service desk for any warehouse related support tickets
• Assisting the CIS PMO Team with supplier management, and quality review
• Support to the CIS Program Director and Head of CIS Program Office
  
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• 4-5 years of experience in related field
• Requires strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize within a continuously changing environment
• Higher level education
• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
