About This Position

• Business Strategy Execution Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Market Research and Analysis Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in relevant markets.
• Business Development Support efforts to identify and engage potential partners, customers, and other key stakeholders.
• Product Development Support Contribute to product planning and execution by aligning market insights with development priorities.
  
  

You'll fit in great if you have

• Professional Experience 1–2 years of experience in strategy consulting or a relevant B2B SaaS startup.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Strong capability to analyze complex problems and deliver actionable solutions.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Agility in Fast-Paced Environments Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving settings.
• Passion and Industry Interest Enthusiasm for startups, entrepreneurship, and a keen interest in sustainability, particularly in the energy and climate tech sectors.
