Partner with the best

As a Field Specialist - Electrical Submersible Pump , you will provide support for ESP operations. You will also oversee operational work to ensure pre-check, installation, and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will be able to work under your own initiative to help meet operation schedule and customer satisfactions.

As a Field Specialist - Electrical Submersible Pump, you will be responsible for:


  • Responsible for installation/pulling of ESP’s and associated equipment in onshore and offshore oil and water wells.
  • Taking ownership of troubleshooting on site with operational issues
  • Assisting with testing ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity
  • Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
  • Acting as the primary customer contact for well site activities
  • Taking ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have successfully completed your studies in Engineering or apprenticeship mechanical or electrical
  • Have relevant experience in ESP Technologies
  • Have good experience in Artificial Lift tools or equipment
  • Have a good knowledge of running ESP tools or equipment
  • Have intermediate/advance knowledge for VSD (Variable Speed Drives) and troubleshooting different types of controllers
  • Be able to communicate well in English and open to travel up to 80-90% of the time
