Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant with a disciplined professional approach and excellent stakeholder management skills to join our international team in Münster.
- As the face of the business unit and central point of contact, you ensure the smooth flow for two senior executives in all office management matters, including proactive calendar-management, correspondence and administrative tasks.
- You will plan and coordinate business trips, manage travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Furthermore, you will assist in the development and preparation of business documents and presentations, as well as specific team deliverables and projects.
- You will execute purchase orders as well as monitor processes within SAP and other systems.
- In addition, you will provide support to the Global Management Team, including handling specific projects and tasks and you will work together with the other confidential secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the team.
Qualifications
- university degree or completed commercial qualification with first professional experience, preferably in an administrative function or prior experience as an assistant in a similar organization
- strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication skills, and a positive charisma
- fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- proficient computer skills, with a particular focus on MS Office and SAP
