As the Early Careers Recruiting Lead at SoSafe, you will build strong partnerships with universities in Germany and Amsterdam, collaborate with internal stakeholders, your peers, and our wider People team. This is the first role of its kind, offering a high level of autonomy and responsibility, along with the chance to establish a completely new function at SoSafe
Your passion for recruiting and early careers programs and a genuine devotion for thinking outside the box are core qualifications needed to succeed in this role. You can be based remotely in Germany or the Netherlands. Ongoing travel within these regions will be required and expected.

Your passion for recruiting and early careers programs and a genuine devotion for thinking outside the box are core qualifications needed to succeed in this role. You can be based remotely in Germany or the Netherlands. Ongoing travel within these regions will be required and expected.
Responsibilities:
- Build a creative and unique early careers program that is going to be impactful both in the short and long term
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant universities in Germany and the Netherlands
- Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise
- Attend college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting our employer brand and partnering with internal recruiters by attracting and onboarding relevant candidates,
- Screen resumes, conducting interviews for junior positions and internships
- Partner with our employer branding colleague to build our employer brand within college communities that is consistent with our overall employer brand
- Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired, RoI on event costs and other relevant data to assess to efficacy of our activities
- Design and place ads on college campuses, alumni boards, and other relevant advertising activities
- Experience in an early careers recruiting role
- We require a programmatic approach to designing and launching an early careers program from the ground up, specifically within the DACH and Netherlands regions
- Knowledge of the university eco system in the DACH market
- Familiarity with social media sourcing and creative social media strategies
- Awareness of labor legislation, particularly regarding internships
- Excellent networking expertise
- Fluency in English, as well as German or Danish, is preferred.
