Your Mission

• Join a dynamic team to advance data-driven solutions, leveraging ML and data engineering expertise.
• As an integral part of our Data & AI Team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing our data platform infrastructure.
• You build and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines for ML production services and analytics tools.
• You advance our tech stack and seamlessly integrate new technologies into existing systems.
• Together with your team, you ensure the quality and consistency of company-wide data.
• You integrate, model, and visualize technical and commercial data for comprehensive insights supporting decision-making.
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with the requirements of various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our ML Engineers to leverage tools like MLflow for model tracking, versioning, and deployment.

Your Skills

• You have a degree in computer science, or a related field, coupled with significant hands-on experience in data engineering.
• You possess a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in data engineering, showcasing expertise in architecting and implementing data pipelines.
• You know your way around programming languages, like Python and SQL.
• Collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset define your work style, allowing you to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Your passion for exploration and problem-solving, combined with a meticulous attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement, sets you apart.
• A startup mentality is essential, complemented by strong teamwork skills and an open, sociable attitude.
• Fluency in English is required. (German is a plus)
