Your future area of responsibility

Role

As an independent developer and optimizer of reporting tools, you will play a key role in our company. Your tasks will include:

• Development and optimization of reporting tools: You will be responsible for independently developing and continuously improving our reporting tools to deliver a world-class experience to our internal and external customers.
• Project responsibility: You take responsibility for work packages and deadlines in projects and help to ensure that our products always meet the future requirements of the financial industry.
• Consulting and collaboration: You analyze our customers' requirements and work with them to develop viable solutions. Your in-depth knowledge and solution-oriented approach make you a valued point of contact.
• Operations and ITIL processes: You ensure the optimization and safeguarding of operations, successfully implementing ITIL processes such as change, incident and service management. You will also be responsible for creating and updating IT system documentation.
  
  

Your profile

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following to the table:

• Passion for working with relational databases and experience in modeling data structures and designing ETL processes.
• Ability to accompany and further develop development processes.
• Solution-oriented handling of complex issues and independent driving force in the development of reporting tools.
• Experience in working with customers and sound consulting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ensuring operations.
