We are searching for a dynamic Customer Success Manager - DACH (m/f/d) to take the lead in strengthening our relationships with key clients and drive significant business outcomes. This is a full-time, permanent role starting on 01.12.2024.

Your Day-to-Day Work In This Role:

  • Enable Europe's leading attractions to grow their ticket sales and optimize their business processes
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing product success.
  • Proactively drive product adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Use a data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities, including to increase our share of wallet to maximize value for both customers and the business.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to align customer needs with business objectives, product roadmaps, and mutual action plans.
  • Provide strategic insights to internal teams to influence product development based on customer feedback and market demands.

We are a Great Match if You:
  • Are comfortable managing top-notch attractions and high-priority projects, handling demanding customers and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Are fluent in German and English (full professional proficiency required).
  • Have 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within the SaaS sector.
  • Have a proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion.
  • Possess crucial skills to excel at the job: project management, data and business analytics, negotiation skills, business acumen, understanding of organizations.
  • Have a mind-set that matches our culture: Solution-oriented, passionate, team player, proactive, communicative, owning and addressing challenges hands-on.
  • Are willing and able to travel within and outside Germany from time to time.


Bonus Points for:

  • Experience in the Tours, Activities, and Attractions sector, with an established network of industry contacts.
  • Track record in leading and delivering projects involving external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in additional major European languages.
  • Experience in Sales

  • Extra Charity Day: We love it when bookingkids are involved in charity work. We support you with one extra day of leave for charity work.
  • Airport/Train Office Day: If you find yourself needing to travel by train or flight and are still able to work, though unable to take calls, you have the option of working this day instead of taking a vacation day.
  • Child Sick Days: 10 days of child sickness paid by bookingkit.
