Your Mission:
As the Marketing Content Manager at Hawk, your mission is to lead content strategy and development to support Hawk’s ambitious company goals. You'll be a key driver in shaping Hawk's brand voice and creating high-quality, engaging content that connects with our audiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, manage content resources, and uphold the highest standards across all content platforms. This position is ideal for a creative and strategic leader who can blend storytelling with strategy to amplify Hawk’s impact in the fight against financial crime.

Your Mission:
As the Marketing Content Manager at Hawk, your mission is to lead content strategy and development to support Hawk’s ambitious company goals. You'll be a key driver in shaping Hawk's brand voice and creating high-quality, engaging content that connects with our audiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, manage content resources, and uphold the highest standards across all content platforms. This position is ideal for a creative and strategic leader who can blend storytelling with strategy to amplify Hawk’s impact in the fight against financial crime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing an industry-leading content strategy for Hawk that will deliver on company objectives, including pipeline generation and brand awareness
- Writing a variety of content, such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, and more, with clearly defined goals for reach and impact.
- Building and managing a team of internal staff and external freelancers to deliver the full range of content needed to deliver on Hawk’s marketing goals.
- Managing the creation of campaign assets to support the successful distribution of content by the Field and Digital Marketing teams. Collaborating with the Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to ensure quality and relevance of content.
- Establishing and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to generate ideas for content and ensure quality and relevance.
- Shaping and maintaining Hawk’s brand voice to ensure a consistent tone and style across all content pieces.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on content performance metrics to measure success, optimize content strategy, and meet KPIs.
- Reviewing and approving content to maintain high quality standards, ensuring content aligns with Hawk’s objectives and values.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing or related roles, with a focus on content strategy and management
- Proven experience in content creation across various formats, including long-form and digital media
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency
- Familiarity with content analytics tools and performance tracking
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing freelance writers or a content team is a plus
