What The Job Looks Like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Build a comprehensive communication plan and framework aligned with the business needs of the Global Operations organisation
• Support the Head of Global Operations in their internal and external communication
• Create engaging internal communication tactics, including townhall meetings, videos, leadership roadshows, and intranet content
• Provide strategic communications council to the GO Leadership Board
• Position Grünenthal at the forefront of modern, value-creating manufacturing, ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable supply to patients
• Strategically use channels, including Social Media, our websites, events, the annual report, and other external channels
• Create engaging content across channels, including video, text, graphics, events, etc.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring To The Table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• At least 10 years of experience in Communication
• Hands-on communication experience in agencies and / or inhouse
• University degree
• Agility and ability to pivot in a dynamic business environment
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing skills, collaborating well across hierarchy levels
• Fluency in Business English
• Ability to travel internationally, including to our manufacturing sites in Italy, Switzerland and Latin America
