Are you an Ultrasound CAS looking for a more impactful role in a challenger brand?
Due to business success and expansion of the team, we are looking for naturally curious and ambitious Clinical Application Specialist, exceptionally experienced in Ultrasound, preferably in General Imaging, Women’s Health or Radiology.
The most important qualities for this person proven background, starting with clinical hands-on experience, moving into a commercial business as a Clinical Applications Specialist, providing pre-sales support, demonstrations, and post sales installation support. This is a BIG role, covering the Hessen region – you will be well versed in covering this area, happy to travel across the region and based in any area of the Hessen region.
Working as part of a fun, highly professional, experienced team, you will be fully supported in your success within this area. This is an opportunity to really shape the success of this role, so your impact is within your control.

Your Responsibilities
- Acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray products
- Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations, installations and post-sales clinical support
- To our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our products
- Offering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting (ICU, Theatres, A&E etc.)
- Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use
- Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth
- Work with the sales & marketing team within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray devices.
- Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood
- Working with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations
- Keep clinical, technical and market knowledge up to date.
- Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations
- Manage and maintain timely training records
- Clinical Application Specialist within the Ultrasound essential
- Demonstrate experience of working autonomously
- Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives
- Fluent in German with business level English is critical
- Clearly articulates desire to work for Mindray, an agile, double digit growth business to drive your career forward at pace
- ICU, Theatre or A&E experience highly desired
- Showcase previous demonstrations and clinical training skills – your scanning skills will be evaluated as part of the process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to travel up to 70% of the time is required.
- Ability to work in Germany without requiring company sponsorship
