Job Description

You will collaborate closely with our Finance team to oversee all financial aspects of our company on a global scale.

Your responsibilities will include leading the company’s financial strategy, supervising budgeting processes, managing cash flow, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Represent the company with third parties and government agencies
• Manage vendor relationships
• Supervise billing, payroll, month-end, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and other
  
  

relevant financial processes

• Supervise bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement areas
• Keep the company in compliance with applicable local financial and tax regulations
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Manage company liquidity, identify cost reduction and process improvement
  
  

Opportunities For Growth

• Coordinate the company's cash flow
• Supervise and manage the finance team

Must-have

• Min. 5 years of documented experience in a corporate environment is an absolute must
• English C1+ - we are looking for near-native english speakers, with no accent, with an experience of working with this language
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role
  
  

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Knowledge of forecasting methods
• Excel proficiency
• Understanding of global citizen lifestyle
• Entrepreneurial problem-solving approach
• High level of personal integrity
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• BSc/BA in Business Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a huge plus
