Technical Business Coordinator (m/f/d)

Area of responsibilities:

• Coordinate project work within the technologies department, including allocation of work based on priorities and established goals
• Follow up milestones, action points and deadlines concerning the projects
• Act as an interface between the technology teams by prioritizing, distributing correspondences and drafting responses
• Review and prepare decision papers, working documents and status reports
• Maintain and develop internal data organization, filing systems, and documentation standards
• Take part in the further development of our business processes
  
  
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering science, industrial engineering or similar field
• Initial experience in the field, including exposure to project management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently, combined with a solid technical understanding
• Excellent communication abilities paired with enthusiasm, self-initiative and a proactive mindset
• A high level of responsibility and a willingness to take on challenges and personal accountability
• Proficient in MS Office applications
