Audi Global Graduate Program – HR Digitalization

Work Environment

At the HR Innovation and Digitalization department we are responsible for the implementation of cutting edge digital tools and services for HR. By putting our HR Digitalization strategy into action we actively shape the digital landscape for the HR Department as well as for the employees at Audi. Our goal is to maximize the digital support for HR and create an outstanding digital employee experience. Current and upcoming focus projects you will work on are in the area of Artificial Intelligence, HR Analytics/Intelligence as well as process automation and Workflows in our Audi HR App and Audi employee portal.

Job Purpose/Role

You will complete a first project within your target field of HR Digitalization with focus on AI.

In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.

In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)

You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community

After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field HR Digitalization.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

University degree from an accredited university in Business Informatics, Digital Business Management or similar required, preferably with a focus on AI

Above-average academic performance

Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad

Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships

Fluent English and German

Generally all positions can be worked part time.
