Key Responsabilities

• Develop and implement product strategies tailored to AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage communication with key stakeholders to define scope, features, and success metrics.
• Create implementation roadmaps, prioritize features, and establish timelines in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI-driven products and platforms, from conceptualization through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure technical expertise in AI product development, making informed decisions that balance cutting-edge innovation with practical implementation.
• Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for AI applications, positioning products effectively.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product or project management within a technology-driven environment, with significant expertise in AI projects.
• In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other related technologies and their applications in product development.
• Strong technical understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, and advanced data analytics, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge to real-world products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and solve complex technical challenges, managing technical and business implications to ensure successful outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and creativity in overcoming challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is highly desirable.
