Engineering Industries eXcellence (IndX GmbH) is looking for an experienced Sales and Account Manager to expand and develop our Siemens and SAP Sales Practice across EMEA. This role is pivotal in acquiring new accounts while fostering and growing existing relationships.

- Deep knowledge of Siemens’ solution portfolio for Manufacturing Execution Systems(Camstar/Opcenter), Simulation, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM, Teamcenter).
- Understanding of SAP technology and expertise in integrating solutions, e.g., between SAP ERP and Siemens Manufacturing solutions.
- Take ownership of sales activities related to Siemens solutions within the IndX GmbH Sales Team.
- Responsibilities include both hunting for new accounts and opportunities as well as cultivating existing relationships (farming).
- Leverage leads from SDR/Marketing efforts.
- Independently source new leads and opportunities.
- Drive leads through the entire sales lifecycle until closure.
- Identify new opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
- Manage leads through the full deal lifecycle to closure.
- Key Account Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with major key clients.
- Collaborate with the responsible KAM strategy owner to execute overall KAM strategy.
- Develop and implement KAM plans for dedicated accounts.
- Address key client issues and complaints to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Support IndX's expansion into various industries and markets.
- Represent IndX at industry events, trade shows, and partner/customer gatherings as a speaker or attendee to generate leads and build networks.
- Ensure smooth communication between key accounts and internal teams.
- Work closely with existing Sales and Marketing teams.
- Align with other IndX domains and entities to share customer knowledge and identify cross-domain sales opportunities (cross-selling and upselling).
- Present sales successes, failures, and analyses to the Sales Director EMEA.
- Build relationships with potential partners and execute partner management plans.
- Generate new business through managed partners.
- Align closely with IndX’s Global Siemens Partner Manager.
- Contribute to the development of campaigns, bringing in innovative ideas for customer engagement.
