Brand Manager First Diet

About The Job

Based on a thorough understanding of the consumer, the brand, its market and competition, you co-develop a strategy and action plan to achieve the agreed objectives in terms of volumes, market share and profitability for the First Diet brand, Olvarit.

Your main responsibilities will be the following

• Together with the Sr Brand Manager First Diet develop the overall brand strategy.
• Support the Sr Brand Manager in identifying the key growth opportunities for the First Diet category.
• Develop & execute plans to reach and engage parents with the Olvarit brand.
• Ensure an agreed plan for execution in the most appropriate channels within time and budget and continuously monitor the performance.
• Drive and execute the full brand marketing mix as per defined activity.
• Actively look for business opportunities Process & Projects.
• Supporting the brand strategy development.
• Co-development and execution of the annual brand plans.
  
  

Next to the main responsibilities, you will be involved in project like

• Financial & performance tracking of the business/brand & looking for improvements/opportunities.
• Development of promotion plans & execution.
• Development & execution communication plan.

• Brand management experience in the FMCG market, experience on endorser branding is preference
• Experience in market/media planning and promotional strategy development including consumer communication campaigns, market research, social media & influencer management
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams & to communicate effectively at different organizational levels
• Pro-active, decision making orientated and able to quickly react to a changing environment
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with a good level of “out-of-the-box” & innovative thinking skills
• Experience in product planning and forecasting
• Have a good balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
