As a Delivery Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with architecture and product owners to develop a comprehensive Security & Continuity plan for applications and services.
• Ensure the plan's implementation by incorporating security and continuity measures into the backlogs of responsible product owners.
• Facilitate the implementation and use of centrally provided resources for improving security and continuity by the teams.
• Proactively communicate with all stakeholders during service disruptions and assist product owners and teams in resolving incidents and disruptions. For disruptions transcending customer interfaces, collaborate with colleague coordinators.
• Participate as a second-line backup in the availability pool to guarantee 24/7 service provision, with additional compensation provided for this role.
• Work as part of the Customer Interface Staff, closely collaborating with the Security & Continuity Coordinator, the IT Architect, and the Business Risk Manager. Regular coordination with colleagues from the Core Security and Continuity team, the Core IT Processes, and the Cyber Defense Center is also required.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A completed HBO/WO education (preferably in IT).
• Understanding of business process management and business IT architecture.
• Knowledge of information security, including an Information Security certification or completed course.
• Work experience in IT and Security, enhancing your ability to engage effectively with Developers and Product Owners.

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute complex security and continuity plans.
• Analyze and mitigate risks related to information security and continuity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Foster a culture of security and continuity within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in information security and continuity practices.
