Your challenge:

Manage and lead the Supply Planning team, including logistics Operations.

Production Planning:

• Develop weekly production plans by aligning with market demand and production management. Lead weekly production meeting.
• Schedule critical resources and manage production orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure timely closure of completed orders.
  
  

Raw/pack warehousing

• Responsible for stock accuracy for both internal and external warehouses.
• Be first escalation level for delivery issues from 3PL partners.
• Responsible for cost/budget control of vendors under own responsibility.
  
  

Material Planning

• Proactively manage the material (RAW/PACK) availability for future production plans by timely placing PO’s.
• Be first escalation level for delivery issues from suppliers.
• Responsible for setting initial supply chain relevant agreements (SLA) during onboarding of new (material or service) suppliers.
• Responsible for cost/budget control of vendors under own responsibility.
  
  

Outbound Product Flow:

• Coordinate transportation to central warehouse in line with production output.
  
  

Reporting:

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on relevant Supply Chain KPIs.
• Analyze deviations from norms and outline potential solutions.
  
  

System Set Up and Development:

• Manage SC relevant master data parameters: Item master, BOM, BOO.
• Review and adjust safety stock parameters periodically.
  
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement improvement plans.
• Management Information:
• Generate and present management information at site management meetings.
  
  

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, commerce, economics or other equivalent degree.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Minimally 3 years of relevant supply chain experience in a production environment, preferably in food.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience with all MS office applications (Outlook, word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience of leading a team – a plus.
