As the Loop Test Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of loop testing activities. Done with coördinating the loop test? This project will go into the pre-commissioning phase as well, meaning your responsibilties and tasks change.
Therefore, we are looking for someone with coördination experience in (pre)commissioning, maybe even completions. Ideally, you're experienced with on-site construction projects within EPCM.

As the Loop Test Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of loop testing activities. Done with coördinating the loop test? This project will go into the pre-commissioning phase as well, meaning your responsibilties and tasks change.
Therefore, we are looking for someone with coördination experience in (pre)commissioning, maybe even completions. Ideally, you're experienced with on-site construction projects within EPCM.
- Coordinate daily activities, develop comprehensive plans, and oversee actions for the loop testing process.
- Manage a diverse team of professionals, including:
- Test team members from the MPEI contractor
- Clients own E&I loop test engineer
- Customer team
- Plastic Engineering (DCS hardware/software engineers)
- Ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards throughout the loop testing phase.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders, including internal teams and external contractors.
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Uphold safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards during all testing activities.
- Extensive experience in Instrumentation and Process Control.
- Proven track record in coordinating and managing complex testing operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Working on site in Geleen (NL) for 4-5 days a week
- Proficient in English (must) and Dutch (Nice to Have)
