Document Controller, Den Haag

Do you have experience in filling, tracking, and distributing engineering documents for capital projects as well as costs, schedules, and progress reports?

We are looking for a Document Controller to manage and oversee the handling of all project-related documents, ensuring accurate recording, updating, and safekeeping of technical drawings, engineering plans, and other crucial documents necessary for project execution and compliance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the control and distribution of engineering documents
• Coordinate vendor document control.
• In charge of updating and coordinating projects through MDR (Master Document Register) about the status of project deliverables.
• Internal expediting of (over) due internal workflows for engineering and vendor documents.
• External expediting of (over) due client response on documents issued for review/approval.
  
  

Functie-eisen

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Document Control / Document Management.
• Good knowledge of both English and Dutch language.
• Knowledge and experience in Document Control Software applications, such as SharePoint or Meridian.
