The Field Service Technician is a newly established key position within the Benelux Professional Service activities. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our company's systems, including configuration setup, commissioning, customer training, troubleshooting, ongoing support, and personnel guidance. Rotating on-call duties to support assigned customers, with limited domestic and international travel required.

The Rowa Dose Engineer at our company will provide on-site reactive, proactive, and predictive service for automated dosing systems in the Benelux. Service primarily includes hardware and software system components. Additionally, the engineer will participate in the installation and commissioning of these systems and perform secondary preventive maintenance. They will participate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguration, and documentation of discovered technical issues for all applicable systems. The Rowa Dose Engineer is a reference for the customer in their region, so it's important to maintain and convey our principles as well as an image of seriousness and professionalism.

It's a Broad Role Involving

Commissioning of new systems on-site. Preventive maintenance of the robots and associated administrative tasks. (checking stock parts, RMA shipments, etc.) On-site corrective visits to resolve any incidents. Highly important customer communication and management focus. Profile:

Required

Bachelor's degree or minimum MBO4 in electronics/electromechanics. Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus. Affinity with modern technology. Good computer skills and knowledge. Knowledge and experience with networks and IT infrastructure (a plus). Advanced troubleshooting and system advisory as required for customers. Experience with PC/PLC-controlled systems. Demonstrable analytical thinking and knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Lead and promote improved machine performance through proactive monitoring and application of documented standards. Follow documented practices for reporting product issues and improvements. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external project teams. Understand, follow, and enforce environmental, health, and safety business standards. Proficiency in Dutch language, knowledge of English. Customer-friendly and results-oriented mindset. Flexible. Willingness to work on Saturday for emergency service according to a fixed schedule. Willingness to learn. Holder of a driver's license B. We offer:
