Job Description

As a Technical Product Manager, you are responsible for the successful realization and marketing launch of new Qualinx products. Your responsibility starts when the first basic building blocks for new products are available, and a meaningful customer product can be defined. You manage the product teams until the new product is successfully produced. The Technical Product Manager will work closely together with the application team, marketing and sales, and technology providers to realize customer sample deliveries and first-volume shipments with the agreed performance, timing, and budget.

• The technical product manager supports new product definitions and plans the execution of the development until first volume production according to the necessary standards, procedures, and quality.
• You will proactively manage the product development targets, timing, and budget and minimize the risks.
• You will deliver timely customer samples according to agreed technical requirements.
• You are responsible for successful and in-time ramping of volume production.
• You will interact with customers, the application support group, and technical teams at Qualinx. You will have connections with external partners, and the logistic team, and technical decisions will be made together with the CTO and VP of Operations.
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualinx is looking for a result-driven and conscientious Technical Product Manager. Someone who thrives in an environment where your proactive and can-do attitude is highly appreciated. The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• Demonstratable experience in product or project management roles.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 5+ years of experience in RF systems and products.
• Experience with managing and communicating with stakeholders.
• You have strong people skills and can motivate groups.
• You have excellent written and oral communication in English.
