About The Job

In this exciting role at the heart of our organization, you will join a talented Cycles and Procurement (C&P) HR team as a Talent and Learning Advisor. The core mission of the Talent and Learning Advisor is to support the HR Business Partners to match talent to opportunity. You will assist in implementing the people cycle for Performance, Talent Review, Succession and Development processes.

As a Talent and Learning Advisor you will report to Chris Taylor, Global HR Business Partner C&P.

As the Talent & Learning Advisor your main responsibilities will be to

  • Create and maintain the animation of the key talent processes contained in the Danone People Cycle.
  • Maintain the dynamic succession plan in close coordination with the HRBP’s and C&P Leadership Team.
  • Talent Reporting, assisting in creating and updating key talent data both for scorecards and ad hoc deep dives by topic.
  • Talent Moves, assist in driving talent moves via key talent programs and internal opportunities.
  • For the Global Director Population (C&P), create annual calibration processes to allow a consistent global view of C&P talent performance and potential.
  • Ensure application of HR policies and guidelines and make them known to the different categories in C&P for their correct implementation.
  • Together with the HRBP´s, present the plans to the business & ensure feedback from business leaders is taken into consideration.
  • Identify Talent trends and work together with stakeholders to find and implement solutions.

  • Internal HR C&P HR Business Partners, HR Director, Talent Manager, HR Advisors, Learning Team.
  • Business C&P Managers, C&P Directors.
  • External Potential Hires, Talent Consultancies

About you

About You

You are a strong communicator. You have business & customer-first mindset. You have a collaborative mindset; always willing to work with others to get the job done. You are analytical, results driven, autonomous and action oriented. You are hands on and able to set priorities, take some distance and be pragmatic. You enjoy working in a highly dynamic and international environment. You can build strong project plans & ensure excellence in execution. You also bring the following background

  • You have a Masters or Bachelors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • You have at least 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant role where you had a background in making people decision and you've had a role you were interactive, collaborative and a strong communicator
  • You have evidence on personal ability to learn quickly
  • You have experience in managing projects from ideation to execution
  • You have experience working with Excel, Power BI and Power Point.
