Tasks

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who will advise and support customers in the assigned sales territory.

This means concretely:

• Acquiring new customers such as doctors, healthcare facilities and hospitals
• Personal and friendly relationship management with your customers and regular support for the top 10-20 customers
• Customer complaint management in accordance with the Medical Devices Implementation Act
• Written recording and transmission of notifications
• Supporting customers with products and organising regional workshops and training sessions. According to the motto Training & Education = new sales.
• Regular participation in further training courses in order to always be up to date and to be able to advise your customers well
  
  
  

Requirements

• You are innovative and enjoy helping to shape and implement processes.
• With at least 2 years of experience in the medical or medical technology field you are confident in presenting and communicating medical technology expertise.
• Your expertise is supported by training or studies in the medical, medical technology or scientific field.
• Depending on your sales experience, you will be promoted to mid or senior level.
• As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be close to the customer. This includes being 4 days a week on the road.
• You have a high level of quality awareness and work independently and in a structured manner.
• Your English skills are on a very good level.
