Project Engineer

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

Job Summary

As a project manager at BYD New Business Development Section, you will oversee and manage the relationship with global partner, ensuring the smooth operation of cooperation items while proactively identifying and developing new collaboration opportunities. This role requires a keen understanding of business dynamics, the ability to leverage existing resources for mutual benefits, and a strong focus on supporting electric vehicle sales business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact. Build and maintain strong relationships with the key partner through addressing concerns, resolving issues, and anticipating future needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments to partner.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the execution of existing cooperation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, figure out flaws in the current process, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align project objectives and resources effectively.
• Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships aligned with company goals and market trends to support the company's electric vehicle sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess potential growth areas and competitive landscape.
• Develop strategic proposals and presentations to pitch new cooperation projects and secure partnerships.
  
  

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Related experience of 1-4 years in project management, partner relations, and business development, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry to work with MSP/CPO.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners.
