As a Consumer Service employee, you receive fun and challenging telephone calls, e-mails and chat conversations every day. You enjoy helping consumers as best as possible by answering questions about our products and brand activations honestly and clearly and handling complaints correctly.
Wat we vragen
- MBO+/HBO level, working and thinking level;
- Be open to flexible working hours:
- 4 times a week at the office and 1 time a week from home.
- As a team member, you work at least once a week in the evening (max. 2 evenings in consultation), and you can also take over a shift when a colleague is absent;
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written):
- You can listen well, type quickly and error-free and have a good command of the Dutch language (ABN, language use and word choice);
- You are driven to handle consumer responses carefully and in a friendly and correct manner; you have an eye for detail and have a lot of patience and can remain friendly despite the consumer being unreasonable or wrong;
- As a consumer service employee you represent FrieslandCampina Netherlands and all its brands. You not only try to help the consumer with a specific question or complaint, but also think about how we can convert this direct contact with our consumers into opportunities. You are part of marketing and think from the customer's needs;
- Cooperation:
- you have the will to achieve something together with others. You are a real team player but can also work well independently;
- you can deal with a high work pace and, for example, you do not allow yourself to be rushed by people waiting on the telephone;
- To change gear:
- You can recognize the consumer's question based on a few information points and act quickly to arrive at a suitable answer, if necessary, using available information sources.
