Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of strategic programs within the high-tech industry, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define program scope, deliverables, and success criteria, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Utilize your deep understanding of high-tech ecosystems to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive innovation that accelerates client success and competitive advantage.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance, thought leadership, and expert insights to inform decision-making and drive program success.
• Mentor and coach program management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and collaboration.

| What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives and delivering impactful outcomes.
• Strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of high-tech ecosystems, including software development methodologies, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire teams, influence decision-makers, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and program engagements.
