EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· Mandatory experience (3 years minimum):
ü Large IT organization, IT department in large organization or in a governmental institution
ü Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
ü Solid understanding of UX/UI design standards and best practices
ü Experience developing user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
ü Proven background of graphic designing projects related to web applications
ü Design and implementation of Web and Portal technology in modern information systems, including;
o Software development using scripting and/or programming languages including Java/J2EE, .NET, Perl, Python, JSP or similar
o Developing web user interfaces using HTML 5, Java Script, CSS and AJAX technologies
o Applying Service Oriented Architecture
ü Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
ü Design and implementation of Content Management Systems and Document Management Systems (such as Microsoft Share Point, Liferay, Drupal or Joomla) as designer
ü Experience with implementation of web and portal based solutions based on cloud services
ü Development of application services utilising concepts such as DEVOPS, SCRUM, and Containerisation
ü Requirements analysis
ü Technical and user guide documentation

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Certifications: SharePoint Administration
· Significant working experience in NATO or MoD
· SharePoint Infrastructure Design & Architecture (2016/2019 and online)
· SharePoint portal/intranet troubleshooting
· Implementing Directory, Identity and Access Management in an Enterprise environment, including:
ü Implementing 'single sign on' in heterogeneous environments (with SAML and OAuth technology)
· Virtualized environments Team Player and high awareness of Team sprit
· Sharing knowledge attitude

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Administration, Supporting, Troubleshooting SharePoint apps
· Managing site collections based on SharePoint 2016, 2019 and Online
· Configuring security at site level
· Creating and owning sub-sites
· Creating lists, blogs, wiki's etc.
· Administrating and configuring site features in SharePoint
· Creating site level policies
· Giving guidance on design best practice
· Editing the master pages
· Creating page layouts, based on SharePoint
· Creating and maintaining Documentations/Guides
· Creating PowerShell and scripts
