The company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter etc.
Role Description
As a compensation & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for designing C&B solutions for the company in line with our Global Policy. Part of this position is formulating and implementing policy in the field of C&B and ensuring this policy is applied correctly.
Responsibilities
– Translates relevant trends into business opportunities, policy and (financial) consequences.
– Provides the business with C&B solutions, either based on its own (financial).
– Acts as a project leader and/or content expert in the design or implementation of new solutions/policies.
– Supervises approval processes with the Central Works Council.
– Implements the policy within the organization in close collaboration with People Services & Solutions and HR Managers
– Prepares the negotiation process for new collective labor agreements
Requirements
– Completed master’s degree.
– Broad knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
– At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a C&B position
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Dutch)
– Strong analytical and numerical skills (data driven)
– Good knowledge of Excel and has an affinity with it
