Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of German in our organization, you play a key role in meeting the needs and supporting our customers. You are responsible for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring understanding of their needs, and effectively coordinating services. Your proactive approach and communication skills are essential for the ongoing success of the company in delivering customized services and quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business goals and needs.
• Acting as the main point of contact for communication and coordination of services.
• In-depth understanding of customer needs and expectations to effectively tailor the company's solutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure services align with customer goals.
• Presenting new solutions and services that add value to the customer's business operations.

Requirements for this role:

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support roles, preferably in sectors related to technology or innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work cohesively with diverse internal teams.
• Customer orientation and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts.
