• master’s degree or bachelor degree + relevant working experience
• Experience in Beverage or Ingredients business is a pre as well as international work experience
• Full professional proficiency in English. Turkish is a nice to have.
• Job requires strong entrepreneurial, analytical & commercial skills, a winning mentality and agility
• Job requires influencing skills in a multi-cultural, multi-country, multi-disciplinary environment
• Job requires substantial travelling

• Develop and execute strategic account management plans for our Beverage customers
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key customer(s) within the Beverage team
• Introduce and commercialize NPD’s and lead co-developments
• Managing internal and external stakeholders on senior management level
• Leading multi-disciplinary project teams (e.g. R&D, Finance, etc.)
• Identify and capture market developments and opportunities
• Identify ways to innovate (product/service/business model) within own scope of customers
• Close collaboration with our local agents to commercially manage the region

This role is part of the FrieslandCampina Professional Beverages team. In this function you will be part of a team consisting of indicative 5 colleagues. This team is part of a bigger channel which focuses on Industrial customers.

Your base will be Amersfoort (The Netherlands) and you will be traveling within Europe and middle East where the customer needs you.

FrieslandCampina Professional develops, produces and commercializes a range of dairy products/solutions with added value, targeted at professional customers such as bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, restaurants, catering companies as well as industrial food companies.
