We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week, with a 4 months contract to start with.
What does the role involve?
We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager to join the team. In this role, you will lead the optimisation of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce experience through an experimentation-led approach and by placing the consumer at the center of decision-making to maximize revenue and profitability. As a member of the Digital Experience team within Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) you will be creating unbreakable relationships between Nike and athletes*, simplifying the consumer journey, and enhancing the browsing and purchasing experience on our digital platforms, Nike.com and Nike App. This role will be supporting the NDDC mission to engineer growth through the optimization of the digital user experience (UX) and creating the best retail experience for Members by creating a frictionless and seamless consumer journey across Nike.com and Nike App.
What will you be doing?
As EMEA Digital Experience Manager, you will manage a team responsible for optimizing the Nike digital experience across Nike App and Nike.com in close partnership with x-functional stakeholders. You will guide and coach the team by setting clear guidelines and guardrails for the key experiences to support the implementation of the NDDC strategy to maximize conversion and deliver NDDC growth.
- Create and optimize best-in-class consumer journeys by removing friction and obsessing high impact digital fundamentals to enable the wider Platforms and Growth teams to do the same in close partnership with the NDDC Consumer Construct and the DDM teams.
- Develop and communicate clear NDDC user experience guidelines and playbooks, enabling partners to implement their functional strategies aligned with the NDDC user experience vision.
- Partner with NDDC Consumer Construct, Business portfolio, and NDDC growth teams to gather data and understand their needs and objectives in order to guide them in their consumer journey designs.
- Guide the team in conducting NDDC user experience audits to identify key UX opportunities to optimize the conversion funnel, determine clear actions, and asses the expected outcome.
- Monitor the health of the platforms experience by creating dashboards, performing ad-hoc analysis, and sharing regular updates and insights with x-functional partners.
- Manage complex projects that will require x-functional collaboration, set clear direction and milestones, and demonstrate best-in-class project management skills to ensure accountability.
- Lead the NDDC conversion offense across relevant workstreams involving x-functional teams, including obsess data to understand conversion performance, translate data into commercial business insights and define clear follow-up actions.
- Support the NDDC On-site Experimentation Offense by enabling teams to run on-site tests in EMEA using different testing platforms and help remove roadblocks to ensure we prioritize the highest impact tests.
- Support the experimentation learning agenda, execute A/B tests, define clear test hypotheses, collaborating with Insights & Analytics teams to identify and analyze KPIs.
- Support in setting the 365 Experience strategy and ensure its actionable execution in the work you and your team drive.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and partner with key stakeholders in EMEA and Global to share best practices and create the future of Nike.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in digital retail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and making persuasive & clear presentations
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in translating strategies into action and defining how to bring strategic priorities to life
- Demonstrated knowledge in UX and consumer journey optimization
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate retail data into insights and actionable business strategies.
- Proven experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing
- Proficiency in consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Solid understanding of retail fundamentals: Including the ability to perform Marketplace analyses and understanding of key retail and digital KPIs
- Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines while effectively balancing multiple priorities
- A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for e-commerce, retail, sport, and fashion
