We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors to join our HR-IT Agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting the functional needs from a digital HR team with the technical delivery into solutions. The solutions delivery model will vary from partners for small/medium changes to personally owned delivery of larger/complex changes. You will also guide the business partners on more strategic level for solution/module choices in future to enable large changes, as per of our HR transformation journey. Therefore, effective collaborating with various stakeholders, both within the IT department and across HR functions, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of HR technology solutions. You will play a crucial role in enabling efficient HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring data security and compliance.


Wat we vragen


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong experience (5+ years) in HR Solutions – SAP SuccessFactors, as well as HR processes that technology platforms support such as employee admin, learning, develop & grow processes, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects and managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

1. Leads the technical design/delivery of solutions

  • Responsible for connecting the functional needs from a digital HR team with the technical delivery into solutions (mainly SAP Successfactors). The solutions delivery model will vary from guiding partners for small/medium changes to personally owning delivery of larger/complex changes.
  • Work with cross-functional agile teams to ensure successful delivery of projects (on time, in full); supports IT Service Delivery Leads to optimize ongoing operations and cost.
  • Oversees and contributes to strong project management, communications and security/governance compliance.
  • Drives clear standard and documentation, and defines dependencies with other SAP modules or other solutions.


2. Continuously strives to improve way of working and outputs of agile team supporting product owners – both in quality and timeliness of changes/projects.


3. Aligned technical roadmap for your HR sub-area:

  • Strategic technical roadmap for HR solutions aligned with the overall IT and HR strategies, including emerging technologies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
