The Netherlands Field Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy in close collaboration with the local business leaders, developing campaigns to drive market awareness, pipeline generation, client engagement to support and achieve ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Avanade is looking for a B2B marketing expert to lead client & industry marketing in the Netherlands and for the Gallia region (France, Belgium, the Netherlands). We are looking for a strong leader, someone with a proven track record of collaborating with, and influencing multiple business stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization to ensure buy-in of the marketing strategy and priorities. The role reports into the Gallia marketing lead.

  • You plan and execute integrated, multi-tactic marketing campaigns; track KPIs throughout the programs and
campaigns to optimize your ongoing impact on pipeline and business growth.
  • You Build strong, productive working relationships and lead the development of joint go-to-market
activities with key partners like Accenture and Microsoft;
  • You define and implement account centric marketing initiatives for an account/cluster grounded on customer
needs and designed to build and strengthen relationships, reputation and revenue for the account(s).
  • You partner with the Country Manager and local Sales leaders to identify the areas of the business that
need marketing support and ultimately gain customer advocacy, building client trust and loyalty to develop
long term strategic partnerships.
  • As Field Marketeer you’re part of a European and Global Marketing community. You need and will be
collaborating with the wider marketing team to identify and build the most effective marketing messages,
content, channels and calls to action for targeted accounts.

Experience & Skills Profile:
The successful candidate will closely fit the following :
  • 8+ years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing in the IT consulting or IT industry
  • Meaningful experience partnering with sales and business internally as well as with customers, partners to
deliver results
  • Strong Ability to adapt (embrace) changes
  • Excellent written & verbal communications in English, Dutch is a plus ; executive communications and
negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to put things into perspective and prioritize
  • Knowledge and experience of the marketing stack (CRM, Automation, marketing dashboards etc)
  • Self starter, problem solving skills, positive outlook
  • Excellent organizational, project and time management sills
  • Able to multi-task and orchestrate cross functional projects with high energy levels and get it done
  • Strong team player
  • Insights driven, strong analytical skills
