Inside Sales and Order Management Benelux

You will support in sales processes. Contact businesses by telephone in order to promote and sell our range of products, receive orders, gather information and verify details. Perform all internal sales activities for existing and new customers. Account responsible
Contact by telephone and/or mail:

• Contact businesses to promote our plastic and glass packaging products;
• Solicit orders for goods over the telephone;
• Explain the products to potential customers;
• Answer email enquiries and respond to telephone enquiries;
• Deliver sales pitch to the customer;
• Handle customer questions;
• Receive orders over the telephone or other;
• Obtain customer information including names and addresses;
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements;
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.

Record customer details including reaction to the product offered; Processing orders and managing the order book; Preparation and handling of invoices; Record customer details and details of
transaction; Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone
directories and purchased lists
Conduct customer and marketing surveys;

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French
At least three years of work experience in a Sales environment, preferable experience in
Telesales;
Excellent knowledge of and experience with computers and systems; Synergy is a plus

Working conditions

Start ASAP
Full time position
Long term position starting with a 1 year contract
3 month training- fully on site. After this 1 day home working possibility
Travel reimbursement
EUR 47K to 50K max + bonus structure
Salary from: €3400, Salary to: €3700,
