EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· 1+ year of experience in duties related to Diversity, Wellbeing, Culture (DWC), or HR/Communications experience with a demonstrated interest in DWC activities
· Experience of managing, delivering and supporting projects
· Strong writing skills and a willingness to lead in the area of DWC Communications
· Experience engaging with stakeholders of all levels, including leadership

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Experience managing and delivering change projects and HR projects
· Experience organising, managing and delivering communications
· A broad knowledge of Human Resources or even better, broad experience of the different themes
· Previous experience using SharePoint

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Support a number of on-going DWC projects, take ownership and lead some small projects
· Lead the Communications for all Diversity, Wellbeing and Culture initiatives including the development all internal and external communications materials
· Lead the creation and distribution of all DWC communications campaigns and collaborate with the Communications Team to incorporate DWC Communications into Agency Communications Strategy
· Plan and assist with admin tasks such as organising training, meetings, focus groups and keeping SharePoint sights up to date
· Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, take minutes and manage follow-up actions
· Collaborate with external providers to organise initiatives and implement tools
· Project coordination and reporting in support of the Operational Plan and strategic objectives – specifically on DWC commitments
