Production Assembler – Sheet Metal

We are looking for an enthusiastic and accurate production employee. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning and assembling parts in the production molds, always based on a work instruction that you complete and sign off on using a tablet. You will have support from quality, work planners, and (manufacturing) engineers.

The work mainly consists of drilling and placing nails. To perform these tasks with high accuracy, we will use special drilling tools and molds. Experience with working with sheet material is a plus, but not required. You will also be working with pull-out nails, Hi-loks, helicoils, and special high-strength bolts (so also screws and torquing).

As a production employee, it is important that you have a good understanding of precision and are willing to take responsibility. There will also be a fair amount of digital paperwork involved and you will need to work with and according to the regulations and procedures associated with the aerospace industry.

Tasks

You are able to build high quality aluminium products. On a technical content level, you provide input to solve technical problems. You master the English language in speaking and writing, and you have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

What qualifications are we looking for?

• Completed technical education (MBO 3-4 level ) or experience with sheetmetal drilling
• Affinity with robotisation is a plus
