Your main tasks will be: Lead a team consisting of account managers, customer service, application engineers & marketing to grow our business in Russia and CIS countries; Define and drive overall sales strategy for developing and closing new business and achieving the company’s goals, secure aggressive growth of the Tektronix/Keithley business to take share from direct competitors; Ensure channel partners engagement, actions and results plan; coach direct reports regarding partners/key account strategies to drive results; this role also involves directly management of partners & customers by the person; Develop & execute a regional sales plan aligned to the commercial priorities; leverages internal resources to build, develop, and close strategic account wins; Conduct Win/Loss analysis on large or strategic opportunities; Translate the Commercial priorities into defined actions and repeatable process for the team and hold people accountable for results; Build and retain winning sales team; mentor and develop the overall team which includes recruiting, hiring and training on the sales process and best practices; Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track the results; conduct weekly forecast meetings and ensure accuracy; leverage mastery of sales best practices and Tektronix sales methodology; Be present at customer meetings at least 70% of the time to develop key relationships, find new opportunities and develop business; Timely report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management; Possess and master in-depth knowledge of T&M industry and relevant marketplace, incl. industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.; Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans; Exercise administrative and organizational management of the local office; Respect the company values and processes and act in accordance with them Требования:
Technical qualification in Electronics Engineering/Physics or similar field Understanding of Test & Measurement industry and its major players is a big plus Several years of successful sales track record coupled with the distributor management experience Ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions Customer-oriented attitude Autonomous, self-driven, business savvy and result-oriented mindset Strong team player with the ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization and present effectively to all levels of the organization Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills Readiness to travel intensively across Russia Fluency both in Russian and excellent English is a must High ethics standards of business conduct in today's business environment
